Branded Performance Marketing and Motion Design
During my time at Milan Laser Hair Removal, I served as both a Graphic Designer and Motion Graphic Designer, focusing on creating and optimizing high-performance digital advertising assets across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. I utilized data analytics to iterate on designs, helping to lower CPL and contribute to record-breaking sales months. My role involved collaborating with the performance marketing team to accelerate production efficiencies, consistently delivering over 100 omnichannel assets per month.
Social Performance Marketing
I designed and optimized high-intent digital advertising assets for Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest, utilizing platform-specific analytics to drive lead generation. By evaluating performance metrics like CTR and CVR, I iteratively refined creative to lower CPL and improve ROAS. These data-driven efficiencies supported record-breaking sales months and an output of over 100 assets per month.
CTV
To diversify our media mix, I produced unique advertising spots tailored specifically for streaming services. I managed the full creative pipeline. This included storyboarding, 2D animation, and video editing, ensuring each spot followed high-level platform best practices while maintaining a distinct visual identity, distinct from our standard social assets but consistent with brand standards.
Internal Team Recaps
I produced and collaborated on internal achievement recap videos designed to strengthen employer branding and celebrate organizational milestones. These videos served as a key communication tool to align the team around shared successes.
